Profile Of The Dhaka Auxiliaries Ltd: In our country, a number of young people go to foreign countries for working as an illiterate laborers by any technical education. On the other hand, a number of people are failing in exams and departing from study in different level like Primary, Junior and Secondary. So that they become unemployed as half educated people. As a consequence, they can’t have effective role in various levels including family, society and workplace for making own decision. A large percentage of young people live in the rural areas and they are forced to get early married to be parents of unplanned children. That’s why, they have to pass their livelihood by doing agricultural activities as main income source.
In view of those mounting problems in the area, The Dhaka Auxiliaries Ltd has taken initiative to form an organization in the name of AYUB FOUNDATION with the aim of contributing some support to the under privileged people of native villages in the fields of Health, Education, Technical Education, Financial & Socio – Economic advancement for self-reliant by incorporating the issues of young men & women development in general and skilled men power in particular. The Foundation has initiated to adopt following projects to meet above sectors within its limited capacitiy:
A) Charitable Clinic for Community Health services to Mother & Child. B) Elementary School (up to Standard–V),English & Bengali mediums. C) Institutional assistance & Scholarship to students ( poor but meritorious) D) Management of Orphanages E) Poverty elevation by interest-free loan F) Ayub Foundation Technical College (Vocational from Class IX-XII) under BTEB G) Ayub Foundation Junior High School (Class VI-VIII) under BISE-Chittagong H) Ayub Foundation Elementary School ( From Nursery to Class-V) I) Ayub Foundation Institute Of Medical Studies J) ITECT Engineering College
