Softener RL-206 is a weak cationic softener with outstanding anti-static effect, it has soft, smooth, Tury and very low yellowing effect.

Appearance: White Paste
Components: Special high active weak cationic quaternary ammonium salt.
PH Value: 4.5-6.5 10%SOL
Features
1. Good water solubility, soft and smooth, antistatic, low scum and excellent hydrophilic.
2. It can be used alone or used with hydrophilic organic silicon softener.
3. It most advantage: Using conveniently, saving energy, saving manpower, It can not only use directly but
also dissolve in 40°C water.
4. It is upgraded version for all the cationic quaternary ammonium salt agent, it instead of softener flake,
silicone oil and softener paste.
5. When using Softener RL-206 finishing fabric drying in the high temperature, the fabric yellowing
phenomenon is very very low. Especially for the pure white cotton cloth.
Application
1. It apply for after cleaning finishing hotel bath towel.
2. It apply for bleaching white clothes and finishing yarn.
3. It apply for finishing of knitting, woven fabric, coating cloth and spandex cloth etc. white fabric.
Using Method
1. If the soft time more than 3 mins, when the water temperature 35°C -50°C, put Softener RL-206 to
machine directly, it usage quantity 15-25g/10g fabric.
2. If the soft time less than 2 mins, we advice to dilute it by water temperature 30°C-35°C with ratio 1:19
firstly, after dissolution then filter out and then put it to the machine.
3. Padding Method: 10-15 g/L, Penetrant: 0-2g/L, Room Temperature.
4. Immersion Method: 2-3% (owf), Bath Ratio: 1:15, Temperature 30°C-40°C, Time: 15-30 mins.
Package and Storage
1. 50/100 Kgs drum.
2. Waterproof and damp proof, Put in the cool and dry place, if the package opened too long and it absorb
moisture, which will not effected.
3. Sealed for one year.
