Properties and Features
1. Can instead of caustic soda and scouring agent in pre-treatment process. The
application is easy and convenient, which can reduce energy rapidly.
2. Excellent penetrating and low foam.
3. Can soften water quality and stabilize of hydrogen peroxide.
Applications
It is suitable for knitted fabric, like cotton, T/C, and other fabric, like cheese, skein in pre-treatment process.
Usage
Knitted cotton process: CT 2-3g/L, H2O2: 4-6g/L, 98°C~40-60min
T/C process: CT 1-3g/L, H202: 4-8g/L, 98°C~40-60min
Cheese, skein process: CT 2-4g/L, H2O2: 4-8g/L, 98°C~40-60min
Woven fabric process: CT 1-5g/L, H202: 4-8g/L, 98°C~40-60min
Package & storage
1. Package: 20/25kg paper bag.
2. Storage period: at least 12 months under the conditions of being room and
ordinary temperature.
