Product DescriptionOrgano Fixing is an organophosphorus compound Formaldehyde free dye fixing agent used to improve the wet , daylight, rubbing, perspiration & laundry fastness properties of Reactive dyed/ printed Cellulosic materials.
Its value added functions are :It is a corrosion inhibitor for dyeing equipments. It can chelate with Fe, Cu, and in ions to form stable chelating compounds. It can dissolve the oxidized materials on these metals' surfaces. Organo Fixing shows excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects under temperature 250 centigrade. It has good chemical stability under high pH value, hard to be hydrolyzed, and hard to be decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions. Its acid/alkali and chlorine oxidation tolerance are better than that of other Fixing agents. It can react with metal ions in water system to form hexa-element chelating complex, with calcium ion in particular. Therefore, Organo Fixing has good anti-scale and visible threshold effects. When built together with other water treatment chemicals, it shows good synergistic effects.
The solid state of Organo Fixing is crystal/ powder, suitable for usage in winter and freezing districts. Because of its high purity, it can be used as cleaning agent in electronic fields and as additives in daily chemicals.

Dissolving/Dilution : The product must 'be diluted before use at a ratio of 1:5-10 & Precautions must be taken to add Organo Fixing Powder TO WATER But not Water >> to Organo Fixing.Usage:
a) As a Dye fixing agent of Reactive dyes In textile dyeing industries. Dosage is about 0.5 - 1gm/Lt. In case of Knit goods & Yarn the dosage can be adjusted up to the demand & shades of the colours.
b) For Water Treatment/Sequestering agent in Textile processing Industries. Dosage is about 0.2 - 0.5 cc/Ltr
c) For Scale prevention / De-scaling agent of Boiler water. Dosage is about 2-5 cc/Ltr
d) To be applied as " Stabilizer " for Hydrogen peroxide (H202) treatment of Textiles. Dosage is about 2-3 gm/Ltr
e) As Chelating agent . Dosage is about 2-5 gm/Ltr
