PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

A) COTTON DYEING WITH REACTIVE DYESPolygal extra conc with is designed to facilitate the dissolution of high molecular reactive dyes to gain complete dyeing effect and prevent from dyeing fleck and speck occurred during dyeing cycle. It also enhances the dissolution and dispersion of vat and vat/disperse
Complex dyes to obtain excellent leveling and reproducibility. Direct and reactive turquoise are both very easy to occur dyeing fleck and speck due to their high molecular weight, and their solubility will be sharply drop when electrolytes added during dyeing cycle. Was created to cope above-mentioned problems for natural and regenerated fibers and their blend.

APPLICATION:
Dyeing:start working with 0.5-2.0 g/l (from stock soln) & run 5 mins and then put dissolved dyes stuffs (oligomer) prevention: 1.0-2.0 g/1 for pet and t/c dyeing some high molecular reactive dyes are to be dissolved with 0.5% of polygal extra conc.prior of the addition to m/c & materials.
Note well that optimum addition levels are dependant on the choice of dyestuff, liquor ratios, dyeing equipment and fiber type.
